A masterful interpretation of our indigenous grape.
Harvest: manual harvest, selecting the best clusters of each plant from a single vineyard planted in the year 1950 by means of “pie franco” system (ungrafted)
‣ Must extraction by decantation.
‣ Fermentation at 16 ºC for 10 days.
‣ Natural clarification.
‣ Aging with the lees for 4 months in clay vats (terracotta amphorae) and then 4 months in stainless steel tank.
Grape variety: 100% AIRÉN from “pie franco” vineyard planted in 1950.
Estate: Las Tinadas.
To be served: from 10 to 12 degrees.
Tasting notes: A remarkable mineral wine, it expresses the character of our limestone lands and fine herbs and notes of white fruits. On the palate, it is fresh and well balanced.
The crianza in clay vats add a great roundness and complexity.
Food pairing: This wine is perfect to accompany seafood, salads, all kinds of fish and white meat.
