A 34-MONTH OLD BRUT NATURE
The calcareous soil of Los Arcángeles grows grape varieties from which we obtain the cuvee that will become a traditionally fermented brut nature after a second bottle fermentation.
We only use Chardonnay grapes to produce it, so the result is a harmonious and delicate wine. Its ageing process in a bottle for 34 months adds aromas and special character.
